I share with you pictures of the Junior Camp held yesterday in El Salvador KEEPING Randy Snow Spirit Alive.
We had 20+ players participate and their families who came to support.

Wheelchair Tennis Camp for Kids and Young Adults in memory of Randy Snow
El Salvador, November 10th, 2012

Camp Objectives

  • That participants (kids and young adults) who use wheelchairs participate in a fun-filled morning of games and physical activity related to tennis
  • That some of these children continue playing tennis
  • To keep the Randy Snow spirit alive
  • Take advantage of the presence of the players competing in the NEC Circuit Tournament so they assist in the Camp

 Where do the participants come from?

  • Mario Lucero and Roberto Salazar (Camp Directors) promoted this activity in the ISRI and FUNTER Rehabilitation Centers.
  • Most of the participants attend these centers for their rehabilitation therapies.DSC09055Napoleon 3años

  • Socialization, Fun, Exercise!

Final Get Together

  • At the end of the camp, player Nancy Arias and leader Jeny Chinchilla from El Salvador spoke to the kids and their parents about hygiene and how tennis has helped in her integration to a healthy life style.
  • Players and families shared with them while having sodas and sandwiches.
